CardFit helps users compare the true cost of credit cards, shifting focus from rewards hype to financial impact. We sought to give credit unions a competitive advantage while helping users make confident, data-driven decisions.

The original site’s cluttered structure made class registration confusing and eroded user trust. I redesigned the experience through research-driven UX improvements, clarifying information, improving accessibility, and unifying the brand’s tone.

Michigan Medicine - Gifts of Art

Restructured web content for accessibility and clarity

We learned that patients were not the primary user of the Gifts of Art web presence due to medical accessibility issues. By restructuring content and refining navigation, we made it easier for family members and volunteers to be part of the Gifts of Art experience.

Problem space

  • Users are being asked to delegate authority over tasks like making purchases without clear mental models for how the systems will behave.
  • This project will explore user expectations across a narrowly constrained consumer use case involving purchasing products online.
